The door on this cabinet is our newest design. It was designed for space as the door doesn't open outward instead it opens upward and back. This is done with a pressure loaded cylinder. Simply push up on the door and the cylinders take it the rest of the way up. With our PRO SERIES we have incorporated in a turn table on V wheels. This allows you to roll the table out of the cabinet with our BADBOY Exclusive side opening slide door. There isn't a blaster built like the BB-4990XLD-BV. This cabinet has our new SUPER quiet vacuum dust collector that sounds like a hair dryer running. No brush type vacuum, this contains a totally enclosed 110 volt electric motor. It contains twin air bags that are inverted up side down. This allows the dust, once it collects, to assend by gravity pull into a collection tray at the base of the vacuum unit. Simply pull the tray out and dispose of dibree at the end of each business day - if used continuously. The filtration is .005 micron which means no dust being extruded from the vacuum air vent. The vacuum unit comes with a push button control with over heat safety protection. This protects the motor if someone forgets to change the filtration system that could cause a strain on the vacuum motor. Once a piece is loaded for blasting there is no need to move it until completed. We built this cabinet with fluorescent 6 bulb design for superior lighting twice what any other model we build has. Being in the designing end of sandblasters for years and reviewing the products available on the market today, we created and designed the most perfect sandblast cabinet on the market, keeping you in mind through out the entire process.  Our cabinet is built with extreme durability, is very user friendly, has easy access, and is an attractive looking unit that simply gets the job done right.  Our thought all along was that if you are spending this kind of money on a piece of equipment, then you not only want it constructed well, you also want it to be equipped with the best of everything. The floor construction is a 14 gauge plate of steel with hundreds of .080 holes. This floor is designed to be a built in screen for filtering over sized particals from the media during the blasting process. This prevents plug ups, & only good media can return to the storage hopper. The over sized item can be swept out, not the typical chicken wire like the competition. There is not a blaster like this on the market!
