USES FOR THE VAC U BLASTER
This blaster was designed for auto body shops to remove rust
on body panels without removing the panel from the auto. It can be used for any type of blasting where you don't
want a mess in your shop. It can also be used for cleaning up wood in a log cabin. Plus since the media is recycled it
saves you money on media. This sandblaster is great for glass etching. It can be used for both window frosting of all

U BLASTER you can take it right to the job site. We also have hospitals using this to remove floor stains. Blasting
is very dirty but, with our well engineered VAC U BLASTER it makes blasting a very clean process.

Being in the designing end of sandblasters for years and reviewing
the products available on the market today, we have created and designed the most perfect Vacuum Blaster on the market
keeping you in mind through out the entire process. Our vacuum blaster is produced from a pressure
vessel construction. Most are built from either plastic or cheap sheet metal making it impossible for mobile use.
It also has a built in regulator and pressure gauge on the system. This makes it nice so the blasting pressure
can be changed depending upon the application. Our vacuum sandblasters are built with extreme durability.
They are welded not screwed together. This is a very attractive looking unit that simply gets the job

POWDER COAT PAINTED
Our BADBOY blasters are made using the uppermost durable paint
available that will last a lifetime. We use only Powder Coat Paint. We take much pride in our merchandise
and want it to be in the same exceptional quality for years to come as when you first purchased it. These cabinets
are shipped fully assembled and are tested. Compare that to other sandblasters that are disassembled and have
no vacuum system. They are fully enclosed when shipped omitting any scratches &/or dents. Appearance is extremely
important to our company in addition to construction and satisfied customers.
HEAVY CONSTRUCTION
The construction on our vacuum blasters are 12 gauge die pressed
metal on the body and welded legs to insure a durable constructed blaster. You simply cannot hurt this elite
industrial vacuum blaster. The top of this blaster is hinged for quick easy accessibility for service on the
vacuum motor and vacuum filter replacement.
STRONG RECOVERY VACUUM
The vacuum unit on this cabinet produces a 106 CFM of flow.
The system is very quiet compared to "sweeper motor" models over a barrel. Barrels only magnify sound. It has
an internal filter to remove dust from the recovered media before the air is exhausted into the shop. Whatever isn't recovered
with this strong vacuum, simply place the vacuum gun on the floor and vacuum up any residue.
MEDIA TYPES
Our sandblaster will consume anything from corn cob, glass bead, black
beauty, & aluminum oxide, just to name a few. We do not recommend using Silica sand in our blast cabinet.
Silica sand produces a hazardous dust. If inhaled this can cause Siliceous. This machine is made for residential,
industrial, and continuous use.
